In view of its continuous growth, the Marketing and Sales Department at IÉSEG School of Management invites applications for (ideally) a Full-time Permanent Position in International Marketing as Lecturer/Professor of Practice (focus on managerial experience) for either Lille or Paris Campus, starting January 2022 or September 2022. 


·         IÉSEG holds the “triple crown” of international accreditations (AACSB, AMBA & EQUIS) and is a member of the “Conférence des Grandes Écoles”. The School offers Bachelor, Master and Post-Graduate Degrees as well as Executive Education programs.

The department consists of about 40 full-time academics in the areas of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior or International Marketing. The School provides ample resources to support a variety of research interests and activities. IÉSEG promotes cross-disciplinary research and maintains an excellent network with overseas institutions for collaborative work. Over the last few years, faculty members have been successful in publishing their research papers in top-tier refereed international journals.


The Marketing and Sales Department is involved in several programs, with many of them including digital marketing related topics, for instance the Executive Program in Marketing and Digitalization; the MSc in Digital Marketing & CRM and the Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing & Innovation. 



From applicants, we expect evidence of strong teaching skills and relevant professional experience. We are looking for candidates whose professional and teaching experience are related to International Marketing and more specifically with expertise in one or several of the following topics: global marketing; cross-cultural marketing; marketing in emerging markets, etc.

The candidate should show evidence of strong teaching skills and recognized professional experience in the required field. Having a PhD in the field is a plus but not a requirement. Good networks in both academia and professional circles at regional and international levels will be a plus. The candidate would be experienced in teaching to different audiences, ideally including executive profiles. Being active in case writing and publication in top managerial journals is a plus.

Our selected applicant will be asked to teach courses at the undergraduate, graduate and/or postgraduate level and also to contribute to the design and development of the School’s programs. Applicants should embody the values of the school and be team players.
