IÉSEG School of Management invites applications for adjunct positions
for a 24-hours course “M&A and Corporate Restructuring”, in Financial transactions and corporate strategy major within the Finance Department, on Paris Campus, starting January 2023.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should either be PhD holders, PhD candidates or industry experts in the subject.
They are expected to show evidence of teaching skills and/or strong professional experience in the fields of Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance and M&As.

Course period:
January - April 2023 (Semester 2)

Course organization: 

• Total teaching volume :24h
• 6 sessions of 4 hours each
• Interactive course including the coaching of students for M&A pitch book
• Use of Refinitiv
  

The number of teaching hours offered can be compatible with other professional activities.

Applicants should be fluent in English as all courses at IÉSEG are taught in this language. Prior knowledge of French is not required.

Adjunct professors are expected to prepare courses, teach and evaluate students, working together under the supervision of a course coordinator. Experience in teaching is a plus.
