IÉSEG School of Management – Lille Economics and Management (LEM – CNRS) invites applications for a temporary, 24-month fully funded postdoctoral position in HRM/Organizational Behavior - Voice Behavior, Wellbeing, Organizational Change, or use of AI in HRM; this call is also open to candidates who will show evidence of knowledge of the Pay-Performance relationship in the sport industry – preferably football/soccer (starting September 2024).

ABOUT THE PEOPLE,ORGANIZATIONS AND NEGOTIATION DEPARTMENT
The department of “People, Organizations, and Negotiation” consists of around 30 members who teach and perform research in the areas of Human Resources Management, Organization Studies, Organizational Behavior, Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Management. The department also hosts two Centers of Excellence: ICON - IÉSEG’s Center of Excellence in Negotiation; and ICIE - IÉSEG’s Centre of Excellence for Intercultural Engagement. ABOUT THE POSITION
will be a strong focus of the selected candidate as he/she/they will contribute to the vibrant research community at IESEG through their commitment to research excellence. He/she/they will join a dedicated research team to conduct high-quality research and be working directly with Prof. Antonio Giangreco, as well as other professors in the PON Department. The selected candidate will benefit from interactions with other members of IESEG faculty as well as researchers from their external network will collaborate with senior Professors in the Team. He/she/they will receive regular mentorship and will be expected to disseminate his/her/their research through journal submissions and conference presentations. He/she/they are expected to conduct research with the team members. The research may focus on topics including (but not limited to) the following:
- Voice behavior or other proactive behaviors
- The role of HRM in managing innovative work behavior
- Attitudinal and behavioral response to change, IT driven change, resistance to change.
- Use of technology and AI/algorithms in HRM
- Pay-performance relationship in the sport industry – preferably football/soccer.
The selected candidate is expected to hold a PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, I/O Psychology, or a related field, and have a proven research track record. Previous research background in (some of) the topics listed above is a plus.
In terms of teaching, the selected candidate will also be involved in some (limited) teaching activities in either Organizational Behavior, Leadership, or Human Resource Management at the undergraduate, graduate and/or postgraduate level. All courses will be in English. Professional experience and knowledge of French are a plus, but not a requirement.

WORKING AT IÉSEG
The selected applicant is expected to begin his/her/their assignment in September 2024 at the earliest. The appointment is for 24 months. Gross salary is competitive with other European research and academic institutions. The researcher will be based on the campus of IÉSEG School of Management in Lille.
